An “alternative” to our fixed rate programs

1) These ARM programs are available to your A to C credit borrowers and will be priced starting at 3.5% over Prime. (8.50%)

2) APEX offers ARM rates with fully amortizing terms to 25 years, no balloons. The same terms apply to our fixed rates.

3) This ARM mortgage is tied to the Prime rate as published in the eastern edition of the Wall Street Journal. All ARM borrowers will be billed monthly. The ARM’s have a floor at the start rate and a ceiling at 6% over the start rate. They will adjust on a quarterly basis.
