CPA's handle the taxes for all the small businesses in your market.  They know that the small business owner usually has trouble getting loans from the local banks.  If you can offer Stated Income, Small Balance, Non-credit score driven commercial mortgages to the CPA's you will be a HERO!

I've never known a CPA not to take a breakfast or lunch meeting!  Go into the yellow pages and schedule calls with every CPA in your area!
