An additional $29.95 Low Order fee rate will be assessed for International shipping on items up to 5 lbs each additional (LB) thereafter will vary in price
Once your funds clear The Fashion Plate will ship out your merchandise
The Fashion Plate uses USPS for all of our international shipping. For most International orders, we ship Priority International unless it is unavailable. Typically, you will receive your International shipment within 2 weeks.
Please note: Once your package reaches the destination country, it is turned over to the local Postal Service and held until it clears customs. It may be subject to additional duties and/or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. The Fashion Plate does not take any responsibility for such duties and/or taxes.
While most international deliveries arrive within 2 weeks, please understand that once the package is handed over to the local country, it becomes subject to rules and delivery time frames of the local postal service, including any holidays or weather delays, which can cause delays. The Fashion Plate does not make any guarantees regarding shipping time for international shipments.

The Fashion Plates Return Policy
THE FASHION PLATE prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered and unwashed items in their original packaging with all original labeling attached. THE FASHION PLATE reserves the right to deny credit, if, upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet company return policy requirements. Customer must notify us 24 hours of receipt of item , Items may be exchanged or returned by mail within fourteen (14) days of receipt of purchase, If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be still responsible for both the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you and the costs to send the product back to us. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS, Federal Express, or by US Postal Service with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. All items are your responsibilty until they are received by The Fashion Plate.
No Returns Or Refunds on Final sale items . No Returns on items such as special orders, any custom made fine jewelry will not be accepted. No returns on Devra Bader Cosmetics if Product is opened.
NEW!! Women's Clothing Apparel returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise , all tags must be on Clothing and must be returned unworn,unwashed and unaltered.
Please Note: If any items are returned without prior notification By Email , and or Phone to The Fashion Plate and RA# not on return without our prior knowledge it will be REFUSED and sent back to sender.
Prior to sending an item, purchaser must contact customer service to receive approval and Return Authorization Number, (RA#) . Upon receipt and inspection of the item which means all tags and item in original packaging we will refund the amount charged, less a shipping and handling fee in the amount that we incurred in shipping your item(s). This fee is subject to change on upgraded deliveries or international orders where duties and customs may apply. This fee is non-refundable and applies to returns only. It is strongly suggested that the item is sent insured, with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and the RA# included on invoice. If you receive a defective item, we must be notified within two (2) days of receipt of the product to be eligible for a return.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost. THE FASHION PLATE is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Please discuss any additional questions you may have with a customer service representative when you contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items must be returned 14 days from receipt of delivery , if item is returned after 14 days item will not be accepted and will be refused and returned back to sender as after 14 days RA# becomes null and void.
Refunds to you will be made within a maximum of 10 business days of the date of receipt of the returned merchandise. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from THE FASHION PLATE. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales tax (where applicable), excluding shipping charges.
